Ringtones and Notifications displayed twice.

Since I changed the original 2Gb SD card to a 16Gb one, the ringtones and notification sounds are displayed twicein the selection lists under SOUND & DISPLAY SETTINGS>PHONE RINGTONE SOUND & DISPLAY SETTINGS>NOTIFICASTION RINGTONE.

That is, each one is displayed twice. It's as if they are stored in 2 places and the phone has cached them somewhere.

It doesn't stop anything working it's just a bit weird and untidy.

Any idea how to fix this?
