Ebook reader with note taking option

Hi, first post so please be gentle!

I've just bought an advent vega, and i'm lovin' it!

However, what I'd really like is an ebook reader app that will let me take notes. Something that would let me select various snippets of text within the same book, and combine it all in a single file, either in the same app, or just a file in memory.

I just want to be able to read through a text book, and select the bits that are important for future reference.

The closest I've got so far is Moon+, where I can copy sections to the clipboard or note everything. Only each snippet is a separate note, or only one can be held in the clipboard at a time.

Any recommendations are welcome.
