Guest mobiwan Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 is there a similar rom anyones tested on t-mobile and didnt have any issues ?? Good question - im in the same boat and will reluctantly have to re-flash from de-softened if no fix emerges. It is such a good ROM though Virgin mobile use the T-Mobile network hence no internet for me either. Anyone know of any 2.2 roms that do work with T-Mobile/Virgin Mobile

Anyone know of any 2.2 roms that do work with T-Mobile/Virgin Mobile I had the same probelm last night on the de-softened with T-Mobile so I switched to Japanese Jellyfish RLS4 (slim) and that's all working fine with T-mobile.
Guest rich_a Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 Virgin mobile use the T-Mobile network hence no internet for me either. Anyone know of any 2.2 roms that do work with T-Mobile/Virgin Mobile Japanese Jellyfish works fine with my Virgin APN, as did the stock Orange ROM. I find that both the T-Mobile APN and the Virgin APN provided with Jellyfish both work, to my surprise!
Guest sumdumguy Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 (edited) Someone could back up the apn's on jellyfish witn apn restorer, then use them on whatever.. that should work Edited January 6, 2011 by sumdumguy
Guest ZTE Blade_ Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 same problem here with this particular rom with Greek's Wind carrier tried every possible solution but no luck uninstalled
Guest isambard Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 I will base the next version of volcano on seb's 0.3 ROM so will work on a fix for this issue.
Guest yadabwoy Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 you cant even use the backup apn method as I tried it also is it me or do most of these roms seem to have really bad 3g coverage calls keep hanging etc. only rom that I have tried and works quite well is pauls modaco rom as they are british roms im guessing ..
