Guest pkober Posted January 5, 2011 Report Posted January 5, 2011 I'm having a problems with sound quality during calls - the opposite side hears me well, but I cannot hear them, it sounds a bit like there was an insufficient signal (but there is not). I can find already during ringing that I should start the call by "Sorry, I'll restart my phone and call you again in 6 minutes." So: - this appears once in a time, it happened like once in first three months (using FLB 1.x), now it is like once a week or maybe even more frequently; - it is fixed by restarting; - killing apps/freeing memory does not help; - cannot see any special tasks running at the time, system is normally responsive; - switching to airplane mode and back does not help. Anybody having similar problem? (I swear I searched, but I didn't find). Is it possible to restart just phone process, so I do not have to restart whole phone to fix it? Maybe it'd help. Thanks.
Guest ve100 Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 strangely, i was having the reverse effect, ie i could hear the remote side clearly, but they could hear me on and off like a wave, not always though. moving to cm6 seems to have solved that problem, as also most other sound quality issues.
Guest pkober Posted January 13, 2011 Report Posted January 13, 2011 I had this too, removing pinkie from the microphone hole helped :D This issue however stays even on latest FLB 1. Not having enough balls and time to move to Froyo yet...
