Change DNS settings for cellular access (not wifi)

Does anyone know how to change the name servers for cellular access? There's an option for wifi in the UI, but I couldn't see anything similar for cellular access.

Currently, somehow, DNS is borked on my phone i.e. accessing websites by IP address works, but DNS resolution doesn't. I couldn't see anything like an /etc/resolv.conf in the system.

Anyone have an answer? Thanks.

nevermind. found it in etc/dhcpcd/
