Guest Waaang Posted January 5, 2011 Report Posted January 5, 2011 Hi, Im a new forum member as well as a new owner to a ZTE Blade. Ive never had any experience of android so im a total newbie. Ive just managed to install "Finnish Fillyjonk RLS45" and did a backup in clockwork before the installation. After the installation i ran a benchmark test and got 429 points, then i restored my backup file and ran a benchmark test again. This time i got 389 points. So my question is : Am currently using the custom rom i installed or did i revert back to the stock rom when i restored the backup file? This question probably seem so noobish that some of you may not even bother to give a direct answer and instead tell me to search the forum, but belive me, i did:) (may note that i dont have a perfect english as im from Sweden)
Guest jmpan Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 (edited) I think you are using the stock rom if you do backup and restore with clockwork. you may check it in setting - phone information (translated from chinese, may be not exact, it is the last item in setting) you will see some information like kernel version, version, etc. Mine: version - Finnish Fillyjonk FLS4(lite) if your purpose is to restore your apps and setting after install the custom rom, i recommend you use titanium backup.
