Guest madnav Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 (edited) I was under impression that all Blades with build 05 are OLED. i happen to posses 3 blades, all of them build 05 but one of them looks rather neutral on while.. here is a picture of two phones with difference despite o having same build number. a video with both blades. pause at 0:55-56 observe the colour on cheeks the dull one (lower in vid/ left in pics) is natural on colours.. the difference is similar to the difference between LED Backlit LCD panels and CFL Backlit LCD panels (which is the whole poit of this thread) so does build 05 insure OLED? Guest Spies Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 Viewing angles are the obvious give away but you don't show them.

Guest Stuart_f Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 (edited) pause at 0:55-56 observe the colour on cheeks Your lighting isn't even on the screens. Pause at 0:57 and you can clearly see that something, probably your arm holding the camera, is blocking the lightsource from falling on the lower screen while the upper screen is showing a significant reflection on the girl's cheeks. Edit: the effect of the light is even more obvious in the girl's hair colour from 1:04 to 1:10 Edited January 6, 2011 by Stuart_f
Guest Azurren Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 OLED screens always have colour issues.. Some are over saturated, some under, the contrast could be different but so long as it is between the testing levels they are shipped (And these levels are probably quite lax being ZTE ) If one was LCD and the other OLED a black screen side-by-side test would instantly show the difference! (Sounds like you do just have two OLED)
