Can no longer install ROM zip from SD card :-(

I am tyimg to update my Pauls ROM alpha 3 to jellyfish rs4.

The problem is when select choose zip from sdcard in clockwork recovery mod

i can no longer select the zip, it just comes up with a list of all my items on the SD card.

I cant even re-install pauls ROM as it also does not come up in the list.

Please help me out as i was excited to try the Jellyfish ROM out.

Don't know much about Clockwork recovery but wouldn't reinstalling/updating Clockwork not work? I know there used be a few problems with the new one

I am using the older version so i didnt have the problems :-(

I saw this issue a few times, just restart the phone, and try unmounting and remounting the sd card partition

Thanks, tried both but still not working, this is so frustrating

installed the latest clockwork mod and still the same problem :-(

Edit: My bad , updating Clockwork mod has worked a treat
