Phone App Customization

Hi,

I would like to be able to customize the phone app. For example i would like to be able to tell the app to open at its last location. For instance if i was i the call log before and i re-open the phone app i'd like it to go back to the call log and not in the dial pad like it does now.

Another option i would like to have would be to be able to remove the missed call notification from the status bar so i can only see it in ADWnotifier.

Do you guys no any way to edit these settings? If not can you recommend the best dialer for froyo that doesn't make the dialer slow and laggy?
