Guest thedicemaster
ah, 3 partitions? edit the b1 script replacing the 2 with a 5, that might fix it for you. right now the script tries to mount the 2nd partition(8:2) but what windows thinks is the 2nd partition might very well be the 3rd(8:5) Edited February 2, 2011 by thedicemaster
Guest lambrettalad
did that and it worked! ;) superb.... thank you ever so much for your help the 80gb hdd is formatted with two 30gb hdd and the rest is unallocated, I didnt realise that would effect everything. Should i format this unallocated space?
Guest thedicemaster
i guess the unallocated is what's seen as partition 2 if you want to format it, i suggest first deleting the 2nd partition and then formatting all the unallocated space into 1 partition so your 2nd partition will be recognised as 2nd partition. Guest harmony895
Hi there, i got the following problem. When i put my Nikon camera trough usb on the Pov 10 tegra tablet everything works fine and automatic mounts well. I can see all pictures, so that is OK. But when i shutdown the camera the tablet is resetting. I tried some of the scripts with no luck. Any one a idea??
Guest thedicemaster
the (un)mounting scripts won't help you with that, especially considering your camera already mounts fine. unfortunately the system blocks unmounting of auto-mounted usb devices. are you on the homescreen(file manager closed)? did you try just unplugging the camera rather than turning it off? Yes i am on the home screen. And unplugging it without turning the camera off got the same result. Also after the reset my back-light is dimmed and have to set it by hand. Guest wilx01
Hi , I am having problems. I want to use a micro sd card reader as a USB device. Using ztab file manager thing,I can browse my microsd card no problem, but as it is from my camera, I want to be able to browse my photos in gallery etc. I run the gscript_USB_in_gallery mount script in Gscript (su ticked) and I get stderr: mount :No such File or directory Broadcasting : Intent { act=android.intent.action..MEDIA_MOUNTED dat=file//mnt/sdcard (has extras)} Broadcast completed: result=0 When I plug it in I get 8:0 and 8:1 in the dev\block\void directory btw I also get stderr on most of the other scripts The script for mount on ztab works tho any ideas, as I will want to view edit my photos on holiday but using a full size SD card reader Thanks Edited April 15, 2011 by wilx01
