With the Vega beign as rare as rocking horse droppings at the moment I am looking at the Epad p10 I have found it shipping with windows 7 for £275. Is there any reason why the stock images from Myadventvega would not work ?

So long as you get the Android 2.2 one with a Cortex-A9 processor then this is fine, but the one you described isn't the right one..... seems a weird thing of different website describing the device differently.. You could run the Vega images but it takes quite a lot of skill and it's likely a lot of things won't work, e.g. wifi, sound etc Could you post the link to the ebay item?

"shipped with Windows" was enough to give me a clue. :D

"shipped with Windows" was enough to give me a clue. :P i'd seen it referenced in another thread about a windows version so it sparked a little research (esp since the epad p10 as gps and 3g support as an addon).. i knew there was only one version that mattered though :D
