Its basically resetting your phone to basics, so only stuff on the ROM you installed and your SD card will be left

Perfect guide, everything seems great now.

mind telling me how do put the new rom on? the tut in the stickies seems very badly detailed for nibs

http://android.modaco.com/content/zte-blad...and-other-roms/

Basically you will be

  • Using FASTBOOT on your PC to install Clockwork on your RECOVERY PARTITION
  • Copying a ROm (zip) onto your SD CARD
  • Booting into recovery (clockwork)
  • Installing a ROM

The guide linked above is very detailed.

but that's what confuses me:

Stage 2: Unzip/Install the Rom ONE of the files below <-- done

Windows

Get your md5sum utility from: http://www.md5summer.org/md5sum.zip (COMMAND LINE VERSION)

Extract this Zip file contents and put them into your Fastboot directy. <-- now i'm stuck, where's my fastboot directory? 0_o

EDIT: I DID IT! and it all seems ok so far :D
