I have two 8230 devices: - first - like u8220 - with smaller memory - second - with more memory. I just rebuild the Tom's cm7 rom to fit U8220 system partition. With a bit tweaks. CM7-alpha-rebuild It is booting, but, because it is so late in here I'm going to bed right now! I get boot up last night my phone with this rom with no problems. I don't know where could be the problem. I Just need to re-check the dta2sd script I include. Because of that I have problems with the cm6 rom to. And I'm not that sure, but that is the most logycal reason why it doesn't boot up for you! I'll repack the rom now. And post it on the first page. But this will be my last update. For good. I don't have time for furhter learning about linux, and android, and building roms. I know that i didn't build any rom until now, but I don't think so that I'll build a rom from now. Just repacking and fixing issues. No new roms. But I'm just about to stop doning that as well. Since all good devs have abound the pulse? Why should I stay here? I do really like my phone. I didn't sole it for 200 euros. But this is pumping over the roof. I can't bulive that there are so unsatisfied people in the world! Always seeking for more to take! You're always taking everything so personally, if TomG and flibble quit after very complain we'd still be running 1.5 on our phones :P It's normal for people to complain, maybe there is a bug in the rom, maybe the users don't know what they're actually doing, you can't just go all Grumpy and leave (actually you can but it's really not cool :D).
