Trying to learn & cook using Master SYOK's Guide for dummies. As per guide littlebit confused for following lines;

"An unofficial or standard ROM from where ever you can…The above works with anything above HK3. The tasks might need amending, but you will understand that when

you get further on………:D PS: IN GENERAL PRACTICE, YOU CANNOT COOK A COOKED ROM."

My question is from where I can able to download an unofficial or standard ROM to cook. Please help me.
