Japanese Jelly alarms/notification sounds come out of headphones

I'm using Japanese Jelly and whenever I have headphones plugged in, all sound is being routed through them. Some things should be able to use the speaker. I presume there is normally a separate audio channel through which notifications, alarms, ringtones etc are played.

Has a lib been taken out or something in JJ?

Any help would be appreciated.

Usually they get played out of both (Headset and External speaker)

But it is entirely possible, it is very easy to break things :D
