Guest EddyOS Posted January 10, 2011 Report Posted January 10, 2011 Was your phone originally on the Vodafone ROM? If so, debranded handsets CAN'T install the OTA. You have to install the 2.29.405.5 RUU
Guest ninjo Posted January 10, 2011 Report Posted January 10, 2011 ah yes i was. is there no way for me to get OTA updates anymore???
Guest EddyOS Posted January 10, 2011 Report Posted January 10, 2011 Apparently not but this is the only one not to work so far. Only way to get it is to get the 2.29.405.5 RUU but this obviously wipes the phone
Guest EddyOS Posted January 10, 2011 Report Posted January 10, 2011 You may also have to do this for EVERY update from now on but until another is out we won't know...
