Guest trevor432990 Posted January 10, 2011 Report Posted January 10, 2011 Presume you mean organizing apps which have a similar function into folders or some such? I expect there is an app which does that but in reality what I think you really want is the ability to group shortcuts/widgets rather than the apps themselves in which case I think such functionality is provided within the various Launcher apps out there whereby you can create a kind of hierarchy and save space on your home page.
Guest s.morris Posted January 10, 2011 Report Posted January 10, 2011 (edited) HI trevor Thanks for your reply. Presume you mean organizing apps which have a similar function into folders or some such? Yes, But not on the desktop or bottom bar, just in the area where all the icons are presume there would be an app for it, There is an app for everything :P think thats part of the problem :D just would be interesting to know what others are using or doing Steve Edited January 10, 2011 by s.morris
Guest Toxophilite Posted January 10, 2011 Report Posted January 10, 2011 Hi Guys Is there any way to organize the app drawer? If yes how are you guys doing it steve Yes I use Folder Organizer which is available from the Market - this can be used to set up named folders with related application icons. Here is a picture of my home screen - I also use Launcher Pro (also available from the market)
Guest thedicemaster Posted January 10, 2011 Report Posted January 10, 2011 install adw.launcher(so you can throw away your app-drawer icon) and install go launcher which is essentially nothing more than an app drawer with subfolder support.
