Orange mail app, looping on unlocked phone

i've unlocked the san fran, put in an O2 sim, but when i try to use the mail app it tries to register the number (probably with orange??) and loops, it doesn't get any further

i had to use the yahoo app just now

try using a different email app

maybe the normal one (not oranges)

cheers, i'll try it out, i'll also try to get rid of all the orange stuff, from a thread on here, i'll maybe get rid of the mail app

Since you've not got an Orange SIM, it'd probably be best to switch to a debranded ROM, such as the Modaco 2.1 (if you have an OLED blade) or the custombladevillian ROM (if you have a TFT blade).

it's TFT, but i'm just a bit unsure about flashing it, it's my girlfriends phone & i work away from home, so if it crashes and i'm not here she'll be stuck.
