samsung I617 phone off on screen nto able to flash phone part

I have samsung i617 (issue = phone off) on screen I tried to flash with Bada downloader

but while phone section flashing only shows 123(counting continues) and nto flash phone part and its go for re-start issue only

how to solve please help

with originsl OS or 6.5 original from at & T?
