move to SD information

I want to buy a new SD for my ZTE. I thing of a 16gb but i need to make a question first.

When you move an app to SD, all the kb move to there or some of them stay in mobile memory???

If i want to install more than 100+ app to sd, the internal memory is going to fill?

The only reason i want to buy 16gb is to have a lot lot lot app in my mobile. If something like that happends then i will buy 8gb.

And one more thing. Class 2,4,6,10 make any different in mobiles or not?
