PROBLEM: mobile data works even when turned off

Hello!

Ive tried searching for a similar problem, but didnt have any luck.

here is the thing:

I am using fibblesan's r3a rom and everything was fine until yesterday, when i tried to update the market APP, but failed. Once with flash, APK also doesnt work. I dont mind, but the other problems started after this.

I was using beautiful widgets for turning on or off the mobile data, wifi, etc. It worked fine. This widget renames the APN by adding "disabled". The thing is, that from today on, the mobile data works even when the APN is renamed (by the widget) and internet works normally. And because i dont have any data for free by my provider, this isnt so good.

Anyway, i checked all the settings, sync is off, background data too, but the data connection still works? Its a mystery for me, so i hope i can get some help!

Try another widget like APNdroid or something and get a usage/data monitor widget as well so you can see if anything is happening instantly on screen?

This is not the issue here. Data works EVEN if the APN is corrected (adding disabled, that should keep it from accessing the web, but it doesnt). The widget did work until i installed the new market that failed. Anyway, i cant really do anything, will try to make a new apn or something.
