Am I going MAD??? I can't find how to turn on the speakerphone

I am sure that when I pressed the Menu button during a call one of the options I got was Speaker. This seems to have disappeared. Now I get, on the top line, Swap calls, Merge calls and Add calls and on the bottom line Hold, Mute, Bluetooth and Record. How on earth do I put calls on the speaker?

OOOPPSS, as I feared I AM going mad. I wondered what that yellow thing was!!!! Thanks so much for setting me straight :)
