Speakerphone echo & whistles for person called

Do people have any issues with the speakerphone at all?

Person called complains of echoes and other feedback noise..there has been another thread regarding this but no real resolution..any thoughts?

I got two phones and from time to time I found I also have issues making and receiving calls with one of them. It is not a big issue and you may not noticed, it is just that I am quite a perfectionist and maybe it is just the low quality earpicece/speakers on the phone. I have not found a solution or reason ;)
