What are differences - ZTE Blade with 5mb or 3.2mb camera?

I'm looking for a new android phone for my wife. I found ZTE Blade and the price of this phone is so good.

I'd like to buy her one but I want to install 2.2 ROM.

I saw reviews of ZTE Blade are all of them are about phone with 3.2mb camera.

There is also 5mb camera version but I can't find other differences between them.

Are there any problems with rooting and installing 2.2 on this phone?

Unless you are wanting to buy off ebay (in which case it probably wont be cheap) you are probably limited to the model available in your region, the main differences are obviously the camera resolution as you mention but also some areas have 256meg of ram rather than 512meg (though that can be changed through software), also older models had OLED screens and newer ones have TFT. Like I say though, unless buying grey you are limited to what's in your region.
