Try using TitaniumBackup. The free edition will allow you to uninstall apps. I suggest doing a restore of the app before you do uninstall it, it shouldn't and won't cause any problems uninstalling it, but you have nothing to lose by backing it up using TitanumBackup beforehand anyay.
