Control bar in Notification Bar ?

Thats from CM right?

You can achieve smth similar with power control plus widget from the market. (paid app though)

It puts the controls in the notification area, but for me they dont work properly, after you click them the notification disappears and just the controls remain. its not a deal breaker if you just want to access them from the notification area. and i dont know if what i`m experiencing is a bug or the way its supposed to work.
