Internet - Playing Video Issues (youtube ok though)

Can anyone advise how to get internet videos working? Example: "Match of the Day" etc on bbc website

I tried Adobe Flash Player "10.1_10.1.61.68.apk" but that just causes internet to open then close ;)

can anyone advise how i can fix this, maybe post a lkink to a file or PM me a file?

I also have "watch live sports" but they dont load either :)

This is my biggest annoyance with the phone.

Does HTML5 video work? Fairly useless right now but will be useful in the future.

EDIT: A better question to have asked would be is there any flash alternative that can be used on ARM6, but since I've never seen it mentioned I guess not
