Lost all my market data on installed apps?

Bit of a strange one this.

I seem to have lost the market notification that I have for all my apps.

They are either showing as free or purchased?

The annoying thing is that my Titanium backup ran last night so I can't even restore, as it has saved them all with no market data.

The ONLY thing I can think it is, is Appbrain, I installed this yesterday and was playing around with installing programs.

I thought it was pretty good until this happended, I quite liked the idea of browsing on my laptop and selecting apps to install on my phone.

However it has FUBAR'D my market data (300 apps!).

Is there anyway to restore the fact these are installed?

If not, is there anyway that Appbrain will inform me of an application update? as my apps seem to be registered correctly on that market, but I can't find how I would know if an app has been updated.
