Green Android Logo Froze

Hi, Hoping someone can help. I went to this site http://orangesanfrancisco.co.uk/android/ho...isco-zte-blade/ and installed the drivers (32 bit windows xp). I got down to step 14 but the green android logo has now froze on the screen.

When I go to device manager and select the yellow exclaimation mark beside Android it says "the hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software." It's probably something simple i'm doing wrong. Would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Have since taken the battery out to get the logo of the screen. But still unsure how to install the drivers correctly?
