Guest keerthirahul Posted January 17, 2011 Report Posted January 17, 2011 Hello guys i dont know if this is the right place to ask this but kindly bear with me and please help me... i have dell streak as a gift which is from UK. i kept the dell unused for 2 months and now when im using it, it wont boot up. sometimes the dell screen and then the o2 screen comes up and the phone is normal but once i try to use it for a min or so the 3 leds flash for 4 -5 times and the display goes blank and only the leds are illuminated... some times the dell logo screen or the o2 logo screen also wont come but the leds are on. i tried to hard reset the phone but same problems... can someone indly guide as how do i get out of this problem, i asked in a other and they said to root the device and i have no clue of it..if rooting has to be done then can someone kindly take the pain and guide step by step along with the required software links.. i dont have the dell pc suite software for 1.6 android. eagerly waiting for someone to help me please...
