Guest austreaker Posted January 18, 2011 Report Posted January 18, 2011 Hi All, I have the QNAP NAS running online all the time and recently have download the QMOBILE which allows me to hook up my Dell Streak to my QNAP for all multimedia contents playback. At the moment it is not working and was wondering if anyone have done this before? Note: I have upgraded my QNAP to be v3.3 and greater and my dell streak does fine my QNAP server on automatic search but it does not allow me to connect??????? Thanks in advance

I am login in using the admin user and getting "can't connect to a network" (even though my auto scan does detect this NAS) I have already turn on multimedia and webserver as a prerequisite. thanks for the tip. Guest austreaker Posted January 19, 2011 Report Posted January 19, 2011 (edited) Thanks again, turning on upnp and also pointing to the port number got it working. I however keep my movies file in raw dat format which if does not playback, only avi/mpg Are there any apps add on that allow the QNAP to play raw dat format? Edited January 19, 2011 by austreaker
