Guest klei Posted January 18, 2011 Report Posted January 18, 2011 Hi all, I would like to run these games, but none of the work: Reckless Racing: crash on startup - no error message Jet Car Stunts: crash on startup - no error message Tank Hero: crash on startup - java.lang.unsatisfiedLinkError I have installed the Vega-Firmware 1.06.5 with Modaco R6 + Performance Pack. Has someone an idea, what I could try to get these games working? Some games (Nin Jump, Angry Birds, Slice It) work fine. Thx in advance!
Guest Sir Gash Posted January 18, 2011 Report Posted January 18, 2011 I have only tried Jet Car Stunts and can confirm it doesn't work. I recommend you either contact the developer or use the 'Send Report' function if you get a Force Close. That's the price you pay on Android, fragmentation will cause such problems. Don't forget, Tegra is still fairly new so it will take a while for developers to ensure their apps work correctly. You can always try Dungeon Defenders whichs is optimised for Tegra! Check the game thread here for some recommendations of confirmed working games.: http://android.modaco.com/content/advent-v...rk-full-screen/

I had jet car stunts installed and it used to work fine, i'll reinstall and test... Looks like it segfaults in the EGL libs, I guess the dev did some optimisation that broke tegra compatibility, I seem to remember that the accelerometer play was crappy anyway. Guest klei Posted January 18, 2011 Report Posted January 18, 2011 OK, it's good to know, that it is not my fault. I will wait and see, what the future will bring.
