Guest blade2011 Posted January 18, 2011 Report Posted January 18, 2011 Well, clockwork will backup most of your rom. And as long as you dont fiddle around with partition sizes everthing will be ok and rstorable. However, installing clockwork will change your recovery(?) Partition. For a really complete backup you would need a tpt-image (total phone transplant, search for it) to low level overwrite the whole storage. But I havent seen any tool to dump to this format around yet.
Guest the_lurker Posted January 18, 2011 Report Posted January 18, 2011 Thanks I also read about it in Micromart. What I'm thinking is to backup the recovery partition then install clockwork and then backup the rest with Nandroid.
