How to extract contact from PIM Backup file under WinXP

Unfortunately my Omnia has died and overall repair cost is so hight, that i Decided not to repare it.

The problem is that I have lost some of my contact which wasn't copied to SIM card (either Outlook), but I was fortuned to make a PIM Backup copy on external SD card, just couple of days before Omnia died. Now I want to extract this contacts from backup.

I copied backup from my SD Card to PC, renamed extension to .zip and inside backup is file called "contacts". It's possible to open that file whit notepad but it's such a mess that it will take forever to retrieve contacts, so is there any other way to do it more efficient?
