Touch screen frozen completly, even after another rom

Hi,

My phones touch screen has completly frozen, no response at all from the screen, but the menu, home, volume etc.. buttons still work.

My first thought was to install another rom, but when I tried to reboot into Clockwork, it just stopped at the small text upside down android text and rebooted, weird I thought... So I thought I would install an image using the Hungarian img flashing method (power and volume up) I tried Jap Jelly v8 img. The image appeared to install fine, but still I have no response on the touch screen... So I dont think there is anything else to be done apart from a return to Orange.

So I am asking if there is an already configured Orange rom, or if I can make one my self with another Blade. ie, so if I bring this back to the Orange shop and they turn it on, it looks like the phone had been used, and it doesn't show the initial configuration screens you get when you initally install a rom..
