It's some kind of internal format, TDF if I recall right. BUT, there is an option to export as VCF (vCard Format) too.

BTW I am working on something similar in C#, directly for the blade ;)

Installed it, set my phone in debug mode and JoinME isnt recognizing it

Installation steps:

1. Just click the button what represents "Next". Only one exception when you have to accept the User Agreement.

2. After installation, a popup message appears. Plug your phone in (not even before), then the ZTE plugin app will be installed

3. Wait for the program to start. A ZTE logo will appear on your phone's notification bar.

4. After started, click on the third menu item of the menu bar in JoinMe. There you will be able to switch to English language.

5. Use the app /* Note: I could not get the Internet part to work, maybe it's Win7 or my tablet, IDK */

me too get the zte icon on the phone and the 'joime was connected' message on the phone but can't read contacts from phone. maybe it don't like FLB-Froyo ROM R6

also noticed that whne this apps starts 'show window contents while dragging' is disabled WHY and how is this even possible on windows 7.

Works for me, I downloaded the contacts from the phone but wasn't brave enough to edit them and upload them again. added a bookmark to the browser ok. Didn't see an option to backup sms messages though. Using JJ7, vista x64.

I use my Phoneexplorer. works perfect. sync to thunderbird,too.

so why use this ? is there any improvments abut my phone explorer ?
