Guest Chrispynutt Posted January 19, 2011 Report Posted January 19, 2011 Hi All, I am running a Liquid (non-E) with the official Liquid E Froyo Rom. I recently switched to using ADW Launcher as I am using the Navigator a lot more in landscape and wanted my launcher to work in that orientation. Does anyone know of something similar to the Acer default Android UI fan widgets or the Acer UI deck of cards widgets ADW? Cheers Chris

Cheers Chris The acer bookmarks widget (webplayer) is what made me switch back to the acer launcher from ADW. But the tme i was using ADW, i tried a lot of different widgets/apps.None seem to look like the acer fan (at least for bookmarks). There is one application (it's not a widget, so u'll have to tap the icon to launch it) that gives u a carousel-like configuration to launch the bookmark/shortcut you want.It is called ultimateFavsPro (even the free edition is called that way).Maybe someday they'll make a widget out of it. No idea how to replace the mediaplayer widget...I don't really use it. Hope that helps
Guest Chrispynutt Posted January 19, 2011 Report Posted January 19, 2011 I did just find a widget called "Visual Bookmarks". Not an exact replacement, in some ways more flexible. One down ;)

Guest nanodrone Posted January 19, 2011 Report Posted January 19, 2011 in the plus version of LauncherPro you can find very good looking widgets... they're very eye candy

Guest Delnar_Ersike Posted January 19, 2011 Report Posted January 19, 2011 (edited) Well, I don't know of any "deck of cards"-styled widgets, but Colorize Widget (link is to the AppBrain page) is what I use most of the time. My only issues with it were that for some reason, the Twitter widget sometimes wouldn't load correctly and the Facebook widget didn't work at all for me. Edited January 19, 2011 by Delnar_Ersike
