Sorry, I appreciate that this is not the right Forum but there are many wise folk on here so perhaps someone knows about this device:

I've run a search through the various fora to see if anything is mentioned, but 'Storage Options' and "Storage Options" return no relevant results.

Anyone had hands on this tablet. It sounds pretty good for the money tbh. Especially with USB hosting enabled.

Is this old news? Any thoughts?

I think 2old2mould is asking if anyone has any experiences good or bad with the above tablet.

Looks too cheap so I'd suspect a resistive screen.

It has a resistive touchscreen so no multitouch.

It runs android 2.1 so no flash.

Personally I wouldn't buy it but it's your choice.

I was thinking of it as a 'cheap' tablet for relative's birthday but the resistive screen is a no-no, thanks for picking that up as I missed it (the BT site isnt so forthcoming with info). Shame really... As for Flash, the Vega doesn't 'officially' come with it either ;)

There is a PDF near the bottom of the page with the specs in. As regards flash support, the Vega CA do it because it runs android 2.2 which is a minimum requirement.

I picked one up from eBuyer a few weeks ago. It does indeed have a resistive touch screen and the battery life isn't great

(maybe 3-4 hrs with wifi on). There's a forum at: http://scrolltabletforum.co.uk

In spite of the resistive screen I've found it pretty usable. One software problem is that the market stops working after a while - at least on my one (the market is only enabled through a slightly dodgy hack during setup).

I quite like it, in spite of its foibles, especially such a low price. It's pretty hackable too, you can get clockworkmod and update zips onto it without too much hassle.

Storage Options is the name of the device.

I know, bizarre isn't it
