Help with Steve's 1.6 install

Hi all. Need a little help installing steve's 1.6 rom. I've been cruising along with all his updates til this point and am currently on 1.5.3 I dont think i'm using the install.cfg file correctly. I have it in sdcard/Android/streakdroid/install.cfg as its suppossed to be. I've tried it with "Android" and "android" for a folder name. None of my options are chosen. Here's whats in my install.cfg.

adwlauncher

transparent

volboost

tabmail

bios

Adw is not installed nor the transparent status bar or tabmail. Also my desktop is locked to landscape. I seems like its just doing a default install and not paying attention to my install.cfg. Anyone spot something I'm doing wrong or have any suggestions. I'd really like to get this running right cuz I can tell its faster and smoother. Thanks alot for any help.

If you've read anything from 1.6.0 thread you will know that there are major issues when using volboost command..

Android needs to be android. Look at my post on the 1.6.0 (page 1 or 2)
