SMS resent after Reboot

I got my friends angry on me because they say I'm sending the same messages for several time. I searched information about this bug on the Internet and I have found some people with the same problem. They say that messages are resent after phone's reboot. I didn't noticed that, because I have two SIM cards and I'm changing them often (everyday), but i think the cause is the same - reboot :|

So I would like to ask is someone has this problem and maybe anyone knows is it possible to fix it?
