Does anyone have a way to contact 1saleaday.com other than email?

Firstly let me say dealing with this company has been horrible...

First, I placed an order with their partner website "bensoutlet.com" which tied up $150 of my dollars for nothing. Basically their website said i put incorrect info in when i typed in my credit card info. so i tried again and it still said incorrect info. i emailed help and they said "you havent been charged, try another computer" so i did, same error. I checked my bank account later that night to find 150 as pending charges for bensoutlet.com. i emailed them again and they said "its not in our system, please try again from another computer...Yea right!

So i waited and contacted the bank and waited some more. Finally the charges fell off. I saw the same item on 1saleaday.com and without remembering they were partner websites, placed my order. This one went a bit more smoothly, it gave me a confirmation number and told me i would get a shipping number withing 24 hours. The number never came

I emailed 1saleaday.com support 3 days later and kindly asked for a tracking number, i figured it was only reasonable to expect the item to have shipped by now or at least to be told it hadnt shipped yet. THREE DAYS after that i get an email reply basically saying, "sorry we had an unavoidable delay with our shipper. youll be receiving an email very shortly with tracking info"

I emailed a reply thanking them for the email reply even though it was 3 days late. I kindly asked if it was possible to discount some of the shipping charges since the item hadnt shipped as advertised. I never received so much as an acknowledgement

TWO days after that i finally get a tracking number with US Postal service...US Postal...At this point im pretty pissed. Its not so much the fact that it took forever to ship or arrive. Moreso its the fact that ive been kept in the dark and pretty much ignored and lied to.

When the items finally arrived I was so happy to see them that I forgot my anger. I proceeded to open package and retrieve the items, I noticed they were in bulk packaging and didnt care. i pulled out the jawbone and went to try it on but i saw a sticker on the inner side of it...the sticker read "REFURB W". This really set me off. Again, i wouldnt care if it was refurbished if it clearly stated so. But the description for the item AND the receipt for my purchase both say NEW. This is bad business, really. I paid for new products and expected new products and was shipped refurbished products.

Now they will not return my emails
