Guest Anders Gusten Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 Hello. I bought a ZTE blade a fex days ago, and after I had used it a few hours the touch screen stoped working. I've tested to remove the battery etc, but nothing helps. I would like to try to reset the phone to factory setting but don't know how to do this. Is there anyone here who knows how to do that?

If you haven't messed around with roms and flashing then I'm afraid your touchscreen's probably broken  If you have, wipe data and cache using clockwork (Don't bother flashing clockwork if you haven't got it) Edited January 21, 2011 by Azurren

Guest Lew247 Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 Whoops didn't think of that can't believe I said that now but everyone makes mistakes. As stated if you havent flashed any roms on your phone bring it back for to be exchanged

Guest Foordy Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 Thanks for your answers. As said I can't your the touch screen to reset the phone. just an idea but would booting into clockwork recovery (turn off phone hold volume key down whilst turning on phone) help at all because you make your selection with the volume keys and the soft keys on the phone i dont know if theres any options in there to factory reset maybe worth a try?
