I have noticed that turning off Elastic scrolling in Advanced Settings speeds up the Transition Effects a little (or maybe it is a placebo effect? :))

I am using the cubic one :lol:

Uncheck elastic is a nice spot...thanks..seems smoother,faster + 'scale' looks better to me...good work LP guys..cant wait for the rewrite!!

Yeah the re-write will be good hopefully, but cannot pretend this is faster than AWD EX, it's just not, if you guys want to compare then run the new launcher pro with live wallpaper on, then open the appdraw, it will be crusified. Then run the same test again with ADW EX, you will soon see what I mean.

Yes Laucher pro lead the way, but I can only see this release as a panic release trying to keep up with ADW EX and it's flashy transitions.

I have problems buying the Plus version of Launcher Pro. When that pop-up screen that asks you if you want to upgrade to paid version appears, I click YES and it takes me to a website telling me to get PayPal app. When I install the app It still takes me to the same web page. Any ideas?

Went through them all, and they look good and surprisingly fast. But then switched it off as I just prefer the normal one :lol:

Also, the 3D drawer works really well now. I also find the ADW Ex to be faster but I need the scrollable dock and the widgets. I also see this little update as a response to the awesome ADW EX. There is a published info on his site that we will receive an update with widgets next week.

Thanks Rotmann..hadn't noticed 3D drawer seems quite a bit more polished!

Wonder if the LP guys are gonna add some of the drawer options available in ADW EX..would be nice>>

Yeap, that's the reason why my wife uses ADW Ex, she likes the iphone-ish drawer (horizontal) with the transparent background and the icon background.

i turn off all animations and transitions. i hate these. they just add delay to using your phone. i think i must have the ugliest (but functional) homescreen of all. (i also only have a single phone screen, no swiping left and right for me :lol: )

Yeah the new transition effects are nice, but I still like the transition without any animation the best...

I use Rotate transition and its so nice. In fact i didnt notice those transitions earlier :P
