Guest Magatame Posted January 22, 2011 Report Posted January 22, 2011 I have just installed Jellyfish using an excellent guide by StevenHarperUK. I recieved my phone today and straight away installed the ROM but when it was rebooting it wouldnt start so I did a factory reset and cache wipe as it stated using clockwork.. Its working fine now but I was wondering if Jellyfish is now installed or was it wiped with the factory reset? It shows the jellyfish wallpaper though. Thanks!
Guest shadowninty Posted January 22, 2011 Report Posted January 22, 2011 JJ is still there factory reset does not change /system partition where the ROM is

I got my unlock code and put in my o2 Sim and now it worked without my code? Also why does it say my network is "Telefonica 02 UK Limited" Is there anyway I can get rid of the work "Telefonica" at the start?
Guest James7 Posted January 22, 2011 Report Posted January 22, 2011 Hi, I was wondering a similar thing. Think i've finally got a rom installed. Only thing is I didn't take the battery out and replace it at any point to go into clockwork mode, and didn't wipe cache or factory settings but it all seems to have booted up fine. Or am I likely to encounter problems? Thanks.

The step where it says to take the battery out and replace it before entering clockwork mode, was I just lucky to get it working by forgetting to do that step?

Was wanting to know for future reference if I go to change rom. Is it common with the blade to heat slightly at the back near camera when charging? (this is probably a daft question and should be posted in that thread  )
