SDCard problem

hey guys,

lately I am having this problem. My situation is, I can mount my SD Card to computer, and also I can transfer data but when I remount SD Card to Blade data is gone, SO i thought that OK lets format this SD card then??..and it let me do that too in computer, I can see SD card being format and empty and eveything but after restarting blade everything that was before in SD card just comes again.??..idk whats happing, I tryied every possible way to format it, I did it from ubuntu, from windows and from Custom Recovery mode too, but non of them can format my SD??..

Blade runs just fine,..but only problem is, I cant transfer any new file??..i can install apps, and it is there after restart, idk what to do?? is my sd dead??

Does any one have similar problem?..like cant able to delete a file??..or do anything?

and also if i transfer file from wifi it will be there until i dont restart, after i restart its gone??

HELP should I buy new one or its it just permission error??

I also did permission fix in custom recovery mode and nothing happing..??

I find out the root cause of this problem, my sd card is in read only mode...so every time i reboot everything goes back to starting one,

so i want to know how to make that read only sd card read and write again??..any command, terminal, or adb??

have you tried the card in a linux box ?

sudo chmod 777 -R -v /media/xxxx-xxxx/*

(xxxx-xxxx is the mount name of the card)
