Fixed! Froyo Problem: Favorite wireless network disabled after long sleep / reboot

Hi everyone,

i stumbled upon a new issue with my blade since i upgraded to froyo:

my favorite (home) access point connects just fine after i enter the password, but then after a deep sleep or a reboot it does not reconnect automatically.

in the wireless settings the access point is listed as "disabled". i have to click to reconnect. re-enabling the wireless connection also fixes this.

i could not find a solution to this problem so far, is anyone experiencing the same or does someone have a solution?

Got the exact same issue, on JJ RLS7.

It also exists on JJ RLS8 and Pauls r7... No idea how to solve this. Anyone?

Got the exact same issue, on JJ RLS7.

I was able to fix the problem by installing a different firmware for the wifi chip. please check this post!
