Guest lee955i Posted January 23, 2011 Report Posted January 23, 2011 hi there i bought my zte blade on friday and am a total novice when it comes to android phones, i followed the guide provided but may have made a mistake somewhere along the lines - really not sure where, i have managed to get clockwork installed but when i try to install a new rom from the sd card i get the message Finding update package... E:can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p1 (or /dev/block/mmcblk0) (no such file or directory) e:can't mount sdcard:update.zip installlation aborted i have tried rebooting the phone but it sits on a screen with the orange logo in the middle i'm totally lost now and any advice/help would be greatly appreciated thanks =)

Guest lee955i Posted January 23, 2011 Report Posted January 23, 2011 i've just tried this and the only zip file i can find is cmu6plus.ok.zip i've just tried this and it dosent seem to be doing anything =( i've downloaded the jellyfish and dropped it onto my sd card

Guest lee955i Posted January 23, 2011 Report Posted January 23, 2011 its worked :) thankyou so much i only spent 10 hours messing with it yesterday lol i didnt realise i wasn't supposed to extract the rom and i was supposed to just 'drag and drop' the zip file straight to the sd card thanks again :lol:
