T-Mobile are offering Sim Only Plan on 12 month contract as follows:

500txts

+ Free Booster which is one of the following;

Unlimited Internet (3GB FUP)

Unlimited Landline calls

Unlimited Text Messages

What i liked about their unlimited internet was if you use up the allowance they just stop you downloading during peak hours, instead of charging you a fortune for each mb over.

The price is normally £15pm but they put a credit on from day one each month to bring the bill to £10pm.

They add a £ 5 credit to your bill each month so you only pay 10pm

Plus 500 texts isn't great.

3 are doing the following for £10 a month, half the minutes though.

SIM 300 - 12 month gives you:

Nah they haven't gone that far. If you go over they just pull the plug on EVERYTHING that isn't light web and they cut your speed (down from a limited 1mbs to dialup)

This is interesting as I'm considering my options...

Giff Gaff is all great and cheap and that, but I can't get a signal from most of my house.

However I've not been impressed by T-Mobile in the past, and friends on 3 I could barely hear them when I called..... this was a few years ago though, so maybe things have changed since then.

Would I be right in thinking, if I sign up to that 12 month deal with T-mobile before the end of January, I'll get 3gb a month for the year?

But only for the year. After that, who knows. I wouldn't trust T-Mobile any further than I could throw them. With their imminent merger with Orange anything could happen.

Monthly PAYG deals are always my preferred option so you can jump ship whenever you need to. Pity about your GiffGaff (O2) signal because it's a damned good monthly deal with no strings.

The lady said that the £5 credit is now finished, and the best she could offer is £2 off so £13 / month.

Thanks for the repetition of the numerous annoying ads that are already splattered around the Internet & congratulations for finding a provider that 'floats your boat' but isn't this blatant advertising & consequently against the rules?

How long before the major providers become members & start littering this brilliant site with their garish garbage?

It would be appropriate at this point to ask whether anyone understands the concept of UNLIMITED INTERNET when there is a contradictory FUP in the small print?

There are only 2 sources for true unlimited internet & yes I am with one of them & mine begins with 'g' :lol:

That's not so bad then, the terms and conditions on mine state the £4 per mb, so i'd still not want to risk it.
