Lost DIR/Found Files

Hi

First and foremost, I am sorry if this has already been discussed but I haven't found it.

I have the RC6 on. I read a lot of mangas (scan) and (movies)

Whatever, the way or the MIcroSd, I lose all my files and find them in LOST DIR /FOUND FILES.

Sometimes when I copy them using the pc, they just disappear. When I try copy/paste ou move from Window7, the files are just gone as well

I tried

- a microSDHC 4Go Class 4 (working without losing files, the one when i bought it)

- a microSDHC 32Go class 6 ( i think it's fake / buy on Ebay) it doesn't work! it's slow to load the pics in gallery. All files disappear.

- a microSDHC 8Go class 4 MAXTOR (working but still losing files, the loading of pic is quicker)

My question is : can anyone tell me which microSD should I buy to make it work properly ?

I'd love to buy a 16Go

Are you _sure_ you're unmounting the sdcard correctly, that is under windows forst then under android (assuming your using a usb cable and your vega to transfer)

Firstly, when copying files using Windows always click the USB device icon in the system tray and select 'Safely Remove Hardware'. Also, try starting a command prompt and running on chkdsk on the Vega drive.

Also, try using another method to copy your files that doesn't involve unmounting the SD card such as via a web app, file explorers that support LAN (e.g. ES File Explorer) or using Android Commander.

AFAIK the lostDIR think is a linux thing, and nothing to be worried about I don't think.

As far as loosing files, have you checked both of your memory cards? The 32GB I would wager is fake.

A fresh format might be all it takes (backup first of course)

Google detect fake memory cards, or something to that effect, there's plenty of tutorials out there to guide you through it :lol:
