They do not ship it abroad. When I asked for a refund, they told me they also do not do this abroad. Is this true? Is there a way to get either a refund or a new phone from Orange whilst being abroad, anyone any success with it? Thank you!

I guess the only other thing you could do is find someone trustworthy to receive, send it to orange, receive it from orange and sent it back to you.. I would but I'm really lazy.. (I don't want to be trusted with things worth over £50 as I can't afford to replace it)
